Pros: Great espresso when works! Large water tank.

Cons: Poor reliability, shipping is not free when sending it in for warranty repairs

The Bottom Line: 
Not reliable, warranty service takes too long and shipping is NOT free. Get something else.

I got Saeco Espresso Classico SS (stainless steel) version and it really worked great for the first month. The espresso is great, creamy, just perfect... But, about 2 months later, the boiler stopped working and the water did not heat up...I called Saeco, sent the unit back for warranty repair (paid $26 for UPS Ground, not covered by Saeco). 6 weeks later I got a brand new Saeco Espresso Classico back with a note saying that this is to replace the old one. Great , I thought... It worked for another 2-3 months and somehow the machine mode changed to "always working" when it dispences the water until the tank is empty and then it just seat empty and hot. So, I called Saeco back, got another RMA, paid my $26 for UPS and shipped it to them. 3 weeks later I got it back, I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and it's started doing the same thing again with additional feature of "leaking from all the holes" while brewing. It's this time again for me to send it back but my warranty just run out.... I am going to call them tomorrow to see if they can take it back...
I would not recommend it, maybe there is a better brand, but no more Saeco for me!
