Pros: QWERTY Keyboard PLUS touchscreen; great internet and email capabilities; WIFI excellent; browser pretty good Cons: Lock/mute keys on top of phone too easy to accidentally hit; sync software somewhat complicated Bottom Line: Recommend the Blackberry Torch for anyone who is tech savvy. Not so much for not-technical types who just need to phone and text. Great New BlackBerry !!
