Pros: Make breakfast time fun! Kids look forward to waking up @ picking their toast designs.

Cons: Doesn't fit bagels and not recommended for toaster pastries! Not an "All-In-One Toaster!"

I'd recommend this to anyone who could use a little sense of humor in your toast! Fantastic for someone with children!

This thing is great! I received one as a gift and thought it was a little corny. But when you have kids...you'll find a whole new way to enjoy simple pleasures...including toasting your bread with art!

We have the Pop Art Toaster in white with six plate designs including a happy face, flower in a pot, snowflake, birthday cake, two hearts and "LUV U". It has 12 levels for toasting including reheat and frozen and I found it works better on sliced white bread as opposed to wheat (but works on both). My kids LOVE toast now. Even if I am making them grilled cheese sandwiches, I'll toast both pieces of bread first and then lightly grill the sandwich in the frying pan just to get the cheese melted. That way they'll not only look forward to eating, but they'll eat more of their food as well. And that's a big deal in my house with two very picky toddlers!

The only downfall is that it can not toast bagels because the slots are not big enough. The art work doesn't really work on a bagel anyway, but if you'll looking for an all in one toaster, this one probably wouldn't be feasible for you. But if you are really looking for some fun in your toast, you've come to the right item! It does have a slide out catch try so it's easy to clean (and quick) and it take up the same amount of counter space as a standard toaster.

Now when it's breakfast time, the first one up gets to pick the design for the day. It helps us get up on time more often than not (who would have thought?) because there is something immediately fun to look forward to before the hustle and bustle of a busy day begins. And who ever said laughing & having a little fun in the morning is a BAD thing?!?
