Zippy little car

Pros: zippy car with good gas mileage
Cons: none that i've found
The Bottom Line:
Great car for zipping around in with friends - good gas mileage.
I just got a 2005 Vibe about 3 weeks ago and have fallen in love! Its a sporty little car with pretty good gas mileage, something that is needed in this day and age. I love the chrome dash that lights up Extremely well at night, its very bright compared to most cars but not so bright that it affects your driving. Its also very stylish looking! I've got the base model with front wheel drive but with lots of extras - I have the moon and tunes (sunroof), XM Satellite Radio (very cool to listen to the radio without commercials), and the power option (must have cruise control and keyless entry). The hatchback design makes it easy to just toss stuff into the back of the car without having to open the whole back door, just open the glass and go! There are several hooks in the back so that you can latch stuff in and not have it slide all over the place - the car comes with a latch kit that you can use for this purpose. In the front, there is a ac power plug that works with items needing no more then 115v power. This might be standard on any new car, but I like the feature of the passenger air bag not always being activated. It comes on only when a person or object that weighs enough to trip the trigger is in the seat. I also like the way there is a loud, persistent beeping if someone in the driver or passenger seat haven't put their seatbelt on - what a great but annoying reminder!
Overall, this car is a great buy - it gives you a smooth ride and good gas mileage. I haven't had it that long but already know that I won't get rid of it anytime soon.
**Note** Just under 3 months after getting the car (which I still love), I had to have the sun-rrof repaired. It kept sticking open and was not easy to close. Not sure if this is an issue in all Vibes if I was the lucky one. :)
