Pros: Good Gas, Sporty, Multi Functional, Zippy, Roof Rack, Toyota Powered, Reliable, Long Term, DIFFERENT!!
Cons: None
Bough a left over '03 model in March 0f '04. Got a great deal, $14,000.00. 5 spd, Moons and Toons package, all I needed. Anyway, I've had it for a year and have put over 10K mile on it. No problems! I do 50/50 city/highway driving and am getting 30 mpg... not bad for a 4 door mini wagon. The 1.8L Toyota motor was the main selling point for me. I love zipping around town and am not afraid to run it red-line all day. Again, thank you Toyota. Yes it can be a little noisey, but it's a 1.8L and buzzing is it's job. Why didn't I go with a Honda Civic or Coralla? Everyone has one and they look so plain and unspirted. The Vibe is different, sporty... yet fits my family of four just fine. Love the headroom and cloth seats. The Gauges are James Bondy. Also, for $3,500.00 you can GM Supercharge it up to 180hp. My last car before we had kids was an Honda S2000. The Vibe is my practical replacement.
