Simply a great car in every respect.
I've owned 3 Bonnevilles; 1997 SE, 2000 SE and now a 2002 SSEi. I have nothing but praise for all these cars. I used to tool around in a Mercedes or Volvo but I got smart bought a Bonneville for much less money with all the bells and whistles. My maintenance costs for the 3 years I owned the 1997 Bonneville SE were under $400. For the 2000 SE the maintenance was $149.67!! I've had no repair or warranty work needed except the cigarette lighter in the 2000 had a loose wire. No bad, huh?
So to hell with expensive imported luxury cars. The Bonneville has convinced me that buying American is best.
