Pros: Light weight, comfortable grip, inexpensive.
Cons: Does'nt provide clean shave, razor burn, pulls on whiskers, short battery life, excessive recharge time
I bought this razor to replace another Norelco that I had for about 10 years. This razor has good looks, a comfortable grip and is light weight. But that is the end of the pros.
This one is NOTHING at all like the old one. Make sure you allow extra time to get a clean shave. And be prepared for some pretty bad razor burn. If you do not shave every day you will also experience quite a bit of "pulling" on your whiskers. You also need to allow a FULL eight hours to charge the battery after every 20 minutes of shave time.
My son has the more expensive and fancy Smart Touch 9160XL and it pulls also. I think Norelco "improved" their blade design a bit too much. Bring back the old ones - they did what they were designed to do quickly and cleanly.
