Great Pic, Great Sound... but broken

Pros: Size, Picture, Options, Sound
Cons: If only it worked I would know how good the pros were.
TV picture is awesome. Glare is minimal. Sound is great (if you're expecting pounding bass you'll need an external subwoofer). TV has a lot of great options and was a great choice overall, but the thing came broken from the store. This is in line with the other two reviews - I'd say that Philips reliability has something to be desired. The TV works, but the tubes can't align so you have to turn the TV on and off and on and off and on to get it to work right. The customer service people are easily accessible online or via the phone, but they are about 10% knowledgeable and very frustrating to work with. I'm very disappointed. I give 5 stars to Best Buy though for the purchase, took the broken unit back without a problem and we ordered a different TV hoping to avoid the same problem.
