Pros: Big TV for the price and HD quality.
Cons: Terrible customer service and warranty work.
I bought this TV on Nov. 21 and received it on Dec. 10th. It was damaged with a 6 inch crack in the side of the casing. I've contacted Philips about 15 times and can't seem to get any resolution. No one there wants to claim responsibility. So, I just wanted to share my experience and hope that it will prevent you from making the same mistake. Terrible customer service...then, they asked if I wanted to buy an extended warranty for $300!!
