BUY IT unless you have a huge HD that you want to waste space on...then get an Elph.
This camera is perfect for the person who wants to use a digital camera for its perfect use: taking lots of pictures everywhere. I can carry it in my altoids box or in it's soft case, and it's perfect. I can have it around my neck for quick use. It can go in my pocket at all sporting events and nights out with friends. I now have tons of pictures of things I would never have brought a camera to before. If I want to TAKE PICTURES, I take my giant SLR and lenses...if I just want to capture the moment, the Optio S is perfect for that and has great quality for it!
