Cons: Picture went out 2weeks after buying it. Panisonic has been no help so far.
I bought this Plasma TV thinking Panasonic was a quality Product. I had it 2 weeks when the picture went out on it. Plasma Bay.com would not replace it and Panasonic wouldn't either. Panasonic said they would repair it. So when I finally found one of there repair men WHO WOULD COME TO MY HOME TO SERVICE IT they had to take it TO THERE SHOP TO repair it . Well the next thing I know, the part he thinks he needs will take over 2 weeks to get. And then hes not sure if it will fix the problem. I asked Panasonic to replace the TV since it was only 2 weeks old, they said no. so I paid $3900.00 for a TV and THE PICTURE ALREADY WENT OUT REMEMBER IT'S ONLY 2 WEEKS OLD. I don't know when I will get it back if ever. So buyer BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT. DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF S--T. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT PANASONIC WON'T TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS ANY BETTER THAN THIS.
