Nice but flawed

Pros: Size, ASF Format, Secure Digital(SD) Card
Cons: Poor support, SD Jukebox, Voice Recorder is PLAYBACK only, Video/Photo Quality.
The Bottom Line:
Get it if you are a gadget geek, and want a quick way to make movies for email or the web.
Great for quick videos with friends or on-the-go. But those looking for high quality images/video should look elsewhere. The videos and images are really meant for sending via email or other electronic medium, which is the main reason why I bought it; To send quick pictures and videos of my son to grandma and grandpa overseas. It augments a more high quality camera well. Besides it's size really can't be beat, you can wear it around your neck and just whip it out for a quick snapshot or video.
Be aware that Panasonic doesn't quite support this device well. In fact, their E-Wear devices aren't really categorized on their site at all. So finding support is very hard. They supply cripple wear for the mp3 player portion of this device too.
What I like about it:
Small size.
Movies are saved in ASF format, ready for web or email.
Can act as an SD Flash drive.
Comes with a belt clip carrier
Cardle is nice for quick TV playback or Tape Transfer
What I DON'T like about it:
Uses stupid cripple wear for mp3 import/export. (SD Jukebox). Would have been nicer if you can just drop your mp3's into the card.
Pictures are 640x480 only. Best in daylight, not very good night quality, even though it has a flash.
ASF files are only 320x240 at 15fps. Adequate quality, but not good for archival.
SD cards are still expensive.
Can only be hooked up to PC when plugged into AC Adaptor
Voice Recorder is ONLY for PLAYBACK (according to Panasonic support), they are recorded into some unknown internal format, and there is no option to convert to WAV.
No lense protection
Would have been nice to have a strap or handle included
