I purchased the Panazonic SV-AS10 Digital camera when I was planning my vacation. I already had a digital camera, however it was much too bulky to take with me on vacation, so it was off to the internet for me!

I saw many different small size digital cameras, but I liked the sleek look of this one. I ordered the camera online, honestly I cannot remember from which store. Once it arrive I was surprised by how many extra features it had that I did not know about.

TAKING PICTURES
There is no viewfinder, so you hold it in the air and look at the display to take the picture. There are two different buttons you can push to take the picture, one on the side and one near the viewfinder. Very simple. The zoom can be difficult. There is an orange button on the back that you can push, then roll your finger over it to get different zoom levels, but sometimes I move my finger to fast and skip the one I want. The lens also circles around so you can take your own picture. You need to hit the reverse button to change the picture though, or you would be upside down!

PICTURE QUALITY
Pretty good as long as you hold still... The camera does not like pictures taken from a moving car! Also, you need to be extra still in zoom mode or you will have some blurry pictures!

SOFTWARE
Pretty good, I have no problem downloading and editing pictures.

ACCESSORIES
Comes with a little soft carry case, which I have never used. Also there is a strap so you can wear it around your neck. I prefer just throwing it in my pocket. There is a microphone and a headset for the MP3 features which I will discuss. There is a docking station for charging and downloading. This is my only issue with the camera. You must have the docking station to charge, which means you have to put it in your suitcase to take with you. That is a pain.

MUSIC
Yes, this has a built in MP3 player. I have not used this feature so cannot say much, but looks simple to use.

VOICE RECORDING
A neat feature I really do not use. You can record your voice and even attach to pictures. Sound quality is good.

VIDEO
Yes, this little beauty takes video! Only 30 seconds at a time, so it is in no way a subsititue for a real video camera, but I have used this feature for little things here and there.

MEMORY
The supplied memory is on a SD card, and is much too small in my opinion. I purchased a 256 card and can now take up to 1600 pictures! Very easy to put in a new card.

All in all, I am very pleased with this camera. One word of caution, if you put it in your pants pocket it can heat up and the performance will be diminished. I suggest a shirt pocket (it is small enough) or a purse or something.
