I don't know if it's cheap parts or we purchased a damaged machine. Had we received a replacement machine we may have been very happy with it.

Pros: None. Panasonic is no longer the reliable company it used to be!
Cons: 50% failure rate, old technology. Do not buy this deck. Check out the Magnavox MDR515H
