m125: a college student's dream come true
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: universal connector-uses m5xx accessories; SD slot to add memory; compatible with m1xx cases and covers
Cons: can't upgrade to newer Palm OS; grayscale screen; replacement styli hard to find
Bottom Line:
This PDA is an excellent choice for students - if you lose or damage it, the loss won't be as great as if you'd invested in a much higher-priced model.

Great Day-To-Day Organizer
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: Durable, SD/MMC expansion slot, Fast, Replaceable Batteries
Cons: Small Screen, No Flash Memory
Bottom Line:
If you need an organizer that works and can withstand heavy day-to-day use, look no farther. The m125 maybe a no-frills machine, but it definitely gets the job done.

Palms new mutt
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: SD Slot, Lots of memory, dual expansion, good speed and sturdy frame
Cons: price and small screen
Bottom Line:
I strongly suggest the palm m125 over the Visor NEO becuase of the less costly expandability options, free software and the more professional look as to the NEO's cheap design.

Palm m125 - Entry Level Palm With a Lot of Bang for the Buck
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: expandable, light, small, inexpensive, flip cover, uses triple A batteries
Cons: horrible backlight, stylus is hard to find in local stores, Some accessories are not available
Bottom Line:
Compared to my iPaq, this is an ugly duckling, but I use it a lot more than I EVER used by spiffy cool iPaq.

Palm m125 : A Middle of the Road PDA
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: Good price point, durable, reliable with latest features
Cons: No color, wireless, only 8MB.
Bottom Line:
Need a PDA, but don't want to splurge on color or wireless stuff. Look at the m125. the premium over the m100 is worth it.

Pros: SD slot, universal connector, Palm OS 4.0
Cons: Small screen, only 8 MB RAM, no flash ROM, placement of SD slot on side
Bottom Line:
Much better than the m105 for not much more money, but you might want to look at the m500 as well.

|
Pros: Small, SD Card Compatible, Sturdy Design, USB Cradle
Cons: Small screen, sometimes hard to see in dim light, problems on many units by default

Great Palm unit that works on AAA batteries and with a SD card allows one to backup the internal RAM and Restore without having to be near a Desktop computer.
