Do "NOT" buy your Oster clippers from www.1-800-sunbeam.com
They are an authorized repair and resale company no longer "affiliated" with Oster/Sunbeam. I placed an order for the Oster 76076-010 Powerline Hair Trimmer-Clipper Thursday August 12, 2004. Today is August 18th and they have not shipped it. I sent an email asking why they don't specifically let their web customers know this is OUT OF STOCK. Other websites give this Important information. They didn't respond to an earlier request via email on my order and additional items I wanted added. I asked them to cancel my order IF they didn't respond with an explanation by the end of today. What response did I get back? They cancelled the order WITHOUT explanation. These guys SUCK! Awful service. Waste of time. I saved the emails for anyone's reference.
My barber uses this clippers and I love the way it clips. The blade comes with the smallest size available for skin tight shaves, size 00000. I'm in the Army and need to shave my high and tight every three days or so for a consistent appearance when working with the public, office and field. My hair grows fast. Other soldiers in my unit will be borrowing it often during field exercises. If you are in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Reserves or National Guard, you will not be disappointed. Best clippers on the market and worth the price in the long run!
Now I'm off to find an online retailer who stocks this.
