Alright... it's summertime, and what's summertime without fun in the sun? And what's fun in the sun without a pair of hip and happenin' sunglasses? That's right! Sunglasses are mandatory for this time of year, and nobody truly wants to put up with the ones that cost about five bucks and the lenses pop out within a week. That's where these Oakley Sunglasses come in handy.

Sound appealing so far? Well, chances are, you won't be finding these bad boys at your local gas station anytime soon. I picked these up for about $85 at an Academy sports store while on a road trip with a few of my buddies about a year ago. They came in a wide variety of colors (if I recall correctly, even rainbow ones!), but I decided to go with plain ol' black. My nephew Harold had been nagging me for a pair of his own, but that only lasted until he found a jazzin' (much cheaper) pair of Spiderman sunglasses. He'll get there eventually...

Not only do these sunglasses shade the sun extraordinarily well, but they are 100% in style. Every time I head out to the beach with these on, it's almost as if there's a spotlight being shone on me! The sun glimmers and reflects off my sunglasses, but not to the point where it gets bothersome to my peers.

I've come across too many pairs of cheap sunglasses that pinch my nose and put me in a world of hurt. I almost feel like telling those old pairs: "It's not St. Patricks day, and even if it was, you aren't supposed to pinch my nose!"

Overall, these Oakley Gascan Polarized Sunglasses are tip-top quality. Never have I encountered a better pair. Sure, they may seem a bit pricey, but they're worth the cash...and I bet you'll agree after getting a pair of your own!
