The 1998 240SX is relatively unchanged from its predecessor and Nissan will continue to offer three trim levels: Base, SE and LE. All 240SX models are equipped with a four wheel independent suspension with MacPherson struts in the front and a front stabilizer bar. The rear suspension includes a multi-link design with coil springs. Both the SE and LE models feature thicker struts, stiffer shock absorbers and a rear stabilizer bar. Standard features include power windows, digital clock, fold down rear seats, rear window defroster, side window defoggers and a center console. Exterior colors for 1998 include Silver Moss, Deep Fuchsia, Starfire Blue Pearl, Cobalt Green Pearl, Aspen White Pearlglow, Super Black and Ultra Red.
