Wii Fit Plus - Subtle Improvements To An Already Great Game
Pros: New games, subtle improvements, and the ability to set up a routine.
Cons: You're not going to lose a ton of weight by only playing Wii Fit Plus.
Bottom Line: Great upgrades over the original Wii Fit. New games are available and a multiplayer is much more realistic now.

Oui, Wii Fitness Plus; More fun than most "games"
Pros: Very fun, doesn't seem like "exercise", helped my back problems.
Cons: No compensation for "big bones" or muscularity, boring trainers.
Very FUN, not like exercise, whole family can participate, can customize. Very accurate. Downside is no compensation for "big bones" or muscularity. Non-studio/gym-like yoga/strength environment would help.
