Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board Computer Game
I was skeptical that this game would really make working out fun. I am not a big fan of exercising, though I should be. I was pleasantly surprised the first time that I played. There are many games that not only challenge you physically but mentally as well. The features that have been added to this game compared to the Wii Fit game are worth the price. There are not only new exercises and games but there are new activity tracking features and personal workouts. You can set up your own workout adding in any game and/or exercise that you want. I love the new feature of tracking calories and that you can add activities that were not done on the Wii Fit Plus game into your log. You can get a more accurate idea of exactly how much exercise you are partaking in. The game is not only for adults, my son loves the games and its an easy way to keep track of his weight. The exercises are not limited to people who are already in shape but people of any fitness level can enjoy it. This game is easy to use and understand and wonderful for people who neither have the money or time to utilize more traditional gym workouts. I love this game and use it everyday! One of my favorite things to do is the Free Run. You get a time limit and no other restraints, you can just run as far as you can in the time you have chosen. Your distance is tracked for you, so it it very easy to challenge yourself.
