Pros: Fast route recalculation. EZ to use. NO MONTHLY FEE. Portable
Cons: infrequent right left glitch. single nag voice
Bottom Line:
Unit does the trick- navigates. Not perfect. Not expensive to buy or use. Model Q3-13 earlier pre 2007 models suck.

Pros: Good value in mid 2007. Works great when you have power- gets you there.
Cons: TERRIBLE ccustomer service. As of 1/08 Better GPS units available for same $
Bottom Line:
In its day (mid 2007), was a really good value and unit does work pretty well when it has power. Since then- bad customer service. Shop elsewhere.
