Pros: Packed with info
Cons: seems to focus alot on the stomach in many issues
This is a really great magazine for all those wanting to improve their bodies appearance. When I first started weight training I new next to nothing. There was only so much that the friends I made in the weight room could teach me. So I started looking to other sources, and this mag was one of the first I turned to. This magazine has all the information about how to properly tone and shape your body. They talk about Wieder Principals which are basically methods of shocking your body into growth, and other specific ways to build muscle or burn fat. There are also interviews with bodybuilders who give you there secrets and tell you their routine. Nutrition what has the most protein and is overall the most healthy foods to bulk up or tone down. I would recommend this to everyone ranging to people just beginning to work out to people with years of experience. There is so much information in this magazine.
