Pros: descriptive, help everybody interested in fitness

Each month they feature new tips that can help you get bigger stronger, or leaner. Also each month they have columns written by the guru of bodybuilding, Mr. Joe Weider, along with other fitness experts on topics like Nutrition, Bodybuilding, Sex, and Health. You feel like you're in better shape just by reading it!
If you're interested in 'gettin huge', they have detailed information on excercises performed by professional bodybuilders. These bodybuilders share their secrets on working out and give tips on how to execute each move precisely. If you're a beginner, they also will help you choose a workout regimen, what to work out and when.
