An Excellent Resource for Anyone Interested in Fitness

I've received Muscle and Fitness for a little more than a year, and I could not imagine where I would be without it. It gives training tips, nutritional tips, and miscellaneous advice. It's a very respectable magazine with useful information, research reports, and all the aforementioned stuff. Do you want to learn how to bench press properly? Look no further. What about the right things to eat? Sure. Interested in the physiology behind building muscle? Right there. Are multiple sets better than one set? Just read and find out. There's so much information in each issue, I usually read each one cover to cover several times to absorb it all. Seriously, Muscle and Fitness is one of the best resources you could have if you're at all interested in fitness and/or bodybuilding. I would recommend this to anyone, from the most basic beginner to the advanced bodybuilder. It's a lot easier to digest than, say, Flex or Musclemag, both of which seem to be one long ad for stuff.
