I would not purchase this coffee pot again. The price was nice, but not for a machine that doesn't live up to its claims. Buy another brand.

I'll admit it: There are some things I buy cheaply, such as this coffee pot. I bought it on sale for $30 after reading the features on the side of the box. Mr. Coffee makes this coffee pot sound quite nice! Believe me, it isn't.

I have the one in white, although it also comes in black. It does have cord storage, a delay timer (allowing you to set it for a later time), clock and a pause-and-serve feature.

The Real Deal
I have had mine for about a year and a half. The water tank indicator is always off, sometimes by as much as half of a cup. I used this during a holiday party and someone else made a pot of coffee, filling it to the "12 Cup" mark. Ah, yes. It leaked all over my kitchen island when it overflowed.

The delay timer seems to work fine, as does the clock. It also features an automatic shut-off after two hours of brewing.

My Biggest Complaints
1) The Pause-and-Serve feature does not work. Or, I should say, works occasionally if it feels like it. One time, you may pour a cup and the next, you may end up with a continuous drip that splashes you as you attempt to get your morning coffee fix.
2) It began leaking about six months after I bought it and has continued to do so since. Every time I perk coffee, there is a small puddle underneath the coffee maker.
3) The warming plate will splash you if the slightest drop of coffee is on it. It will also splash your counter, pictures, etc. Basically, don't have anything next to it.

Overall, don't buy this machine. Spend a little more and get one worth buying or try a different brand. I'm getting a BUNN.
