My wife and I got these phones from t-mobile in june of 2010. The phones were great for about 2 months then all went bad. The phones will lock up at times, echo in the speaker, drop calls, internet will drop in good signal area, I have fought with t-mobile to get us new phones and they are no help at all. I am stuck with a phone I can barely use and still paying the full amount for it. If you do not trust me take a look around the web at some of the reviews for both the cliq xt and t-mobile and see for yourself

Cons: everything about this phone is defective. The phone company does not stand behind their product
