The E-class enters this model year with minimal changes from last years model. The E-Class is available in the E320, E320 AWD, E430, E430 AWD, E320 wagon and E320 AWD wagon. The E300 Turbo Diesel sedan is no longer available. All models are now equipped with Head Protection Curtains that cover the front and rear side windows in the event of a side collision. The dual automatic climate control in the E-Class is equipped with a REST mode which provides the passenger compartment with heat up to 30 minutes after the engine has been shut off. Standard equipment includes anti-lock brakes, 10-way power seats, the Smart Key System and a power sunroof. An optional COMMAND system, which integrates the navigation system, radio, CD and cell phone, is an available option.
