Replacement Parts wanted

Pros: It works great - if your room is too small - You WILL FREEZE!!
Cons: none - except replacement parts appear to be difficult to find at the moment.
I love this unit and used it in my small apartment until we moved last year. I now have a basement room I would love to use it in, but unfortunately the window vent (the piece that hold the exhaust tube) broke while we were moving. I went online to try to find replacement parts - but all I found was this page.
