This is possibly one of the BEST games on N64!! The only games that are better than this are Goldeneye, Zelda, and Mario. The graphics are AWESOME!! The sound is clear, crisp, and at times good at encouraging you to do better. Playing a 2 player game, and getting struck out and the announcer saying "he's got a cannon" really encourages you NOT do get burnt again. I like the trading on here! Even though you can't take the cheap way out and trade sorry guys for all-stars, it makes you have the baseball mentality. Free agency is a great great effect. We all know not everyone can be with a team, so this gives the "no names" or "tired" players a last chance at fame. This game also has a LOT of secrets i didn't even know about until after 6 months after the games release. I was shocked and excited, because after all that time i STILL was addicted to it!! The best thing (which i already mentioned) is the Trade feature. I absolutely LOVE this!! I try and get a whole team of all-stars, and backups for them (which are all-stars too). The hardest thing to do though is have an AWESOME lineup AND a bullpen!! As hard as it sounds i manage to do it. They key is saving your pitchers until your FORCED to trade them for tallent!! (Steve Sparks is an awesome prospect from free agency!!) If you had to choose ONE team to trade and get all all-stars, your BEST bet would be Cleveland. Even though the Braves had dominating pitchers, they desperately need a 2nd baseban, and a Short-stop. The Yankees are also a good team to try for, and the team of Jr. himself, the Mariners!! All in all, i can't stress how great this game TRUELY is!! Take my word for it, it's worth your money (and it's only about $29.99 now!!)
