Pros: Versatile, can do coffee, tea, and hot water. Allows you to pick volume amount.
Cons: HIGH price is so not worth it. POOR quality: broken right out of the box.
do NOT buy this! I had one shipped from the manufacturer and it arrived DOA. the online retailer refunded my $$ and said this:
"Bunn had to pull every single My Cafe brewer out of stock, both the new and remanufactured units, because they discovered a defective part in them. He told me, it will probably be sometime in May at the very soonest before the My Cafe brewers are available again. I'm thinking they may have to recall the units which may be in stores throughout the country too because they've certainly got the same defective part in them too. "
I was looking for a replacement for my senseo for single cup brewing. I wanted something to do tea and hot water also. The initial reviews for this product was glowing so I bought one on lline and it was shipped right from BUNN.
If you browse reviews elsewhere you will now see that the NORM for this product is FAILURE after some time. I was shocked since BUNN has a great rep in the high use restaurant business. It obviously is a DESIGN FLAW.
