Front side airbags, ABS, and traction control are standard. An antiskid system is optional. Optional head-protecting curtain side airbags were added midyear. Also optional for the first time are heated rear seats, navigation system, and xenon headlights. Power-adjustable pedals and one-touch power front windows are newly standard. Heated and cooled front seats are standard on all but the base V6 model. Lincoln says noise levels are reduced with more-effective sound insulation. Styling changes include revisions to nose, tail, and wheels. The cabin gets some bright trim.

HOT HOT HOT; LOVE the Lincoln LS

Pros: Handling, luxury feel and everything in general
Cons: Still a little pricey, Premium fuel required
The Bottom Line:
Anxiously awaiting the 2005. Great car!
This awesome car is the closest to luxury that you can come without the ridiculously expensive prices. My husband wanted a Mercedes or BMW but after test driving the LS, he was hooked and didn't even want to look at anything else. Forget BMW, Audi and Mercedes. This is luxury at less of a price.
This car handles extremely well, looks amazing and even includes maintenance from the dealer. After one year, we still love driving it. This model year contains some new features such as the tracking system which we loved and never knew we needed until we had it. You never have to ask for directions again.
The leather seats have held up well and still look great. We have cleaned them with leather cleaner twice. Only regular maintenance has been required for this car, nothing else. My husband will only put premium fuel (manufacturer recommended for optimum performance) which is very expensive. Another bonus is that we have had three carseats in the back with no problem.
