the IS 300 will receive a standard 5-speed manual transmission. The SportCross, however, will only be available with a 5-speed automatic (an extra cost option on the IS 300 Sedan). All models feature traction control, anti-lock disc brakes, and dual front and side-impact airbags. Available options include vehicle skid control, a limited-slip differential, power sunroof, navigation system, and two separate leather upholstery packages. Value packages will be added late in the model year

Cons: It's no Prius. I get 19MPG with my aggressive driving. Fortuntely has a 17Gal tank.

Buy it. Fun, luxurious, and pretty. In almost 5 years I've had to spend ZERO on repairs. I like the pre-06 look more than the new design.
