This is a great printer. As for the 2 aholes with negative reviews,
1. you got yours at Walmart as I did and Walmart sells Factory REFURBISHED Printers most all of them ARE Refurbished
2. Target AND Kmart ALSO sell Refurbished Printers, Hence the LOW PRICES.
3. I have owned 5 Lexmark Printers over 10 years now and still have them all and they ALL STILL WORK FINE.
4. Myself and my friends and Family have ALL had HP Printers that last 2 to 6 years, most HP printers are Manufactured in Asian countries and will have 2-3 different Company Logos as HP is only one of them.
5.More than half the printers on the market DO NOT come with USB cables NOR BOTH ink cartridges, some come with only 1 ink, some come with no ink, and the ones that come with BOTH are only HALF FULL, and you only find FULL cartridges on the VERY EXPENSIVE Printers.

I have also found some of these Refurbished Printers come WITH BOTH INK CARTRIDGES and a USB cable. If you do decide to buy a CHEAP Printer from Walmart, Kmart, or Target, then DO buy the 2-3 year extended Warranty for $10-$15 dollars. Or go to SquareTrade, their warranties are much CHEAPER and they are also for 2-3 years. They also have a 20% discount code when you buy it, you just need to Google SquareTrade coupon code and its EASY to find. They also accept PayPal payments. After your 2-3 year SquareTrade warranty runs out you can RENEW it for another 2 years.

For those of you complaining about buying ink for this printer, GO TO WALGREENS and get your ink Cartridges REFILLED for $10-Black and $15-Color. Walgreens has been ADVERTISING this OVER A YEAR NOW so PAY ATTENTION to the Radio and TV comercials. They also sometimes have a 25% or 50% OFF coupon in thier WEEKLY AD. When they refill your cartridges they also test them to make sure it will work when you get home and put them in your printer. If they DO NOT pass their test, YOU PAY NOTHING. You can also get a list of ink cartridges from them that they CAN refill. I ONLY buy Printers that Walgreens can refill cartridges. Go to the walgreens website and sign up for emails from them. You will only get 2-3 emails a month so don't worry about getting spam and ALL thier emails have coupons in them and sometimes for a FREE INK REFILL. So QUIT YOUR B--CHEN!!!!!
