When I first heard this song, I was totally blown away!!! In the original there is a powerful use of guitars, drums and of course of Anastasia’s "Taylor Dayne" vocals.

The song, in the original, begins with a guitar then Anastasia calmly starting up the song along with the guitar. Then the drums pickup, then suddenly the song picks up.

This song is the 3rd single that I have purchased from this artist. The other two are "I'm Outta Love", Anastasia’s debut single. And “Boom” which was the anthem for the 2002 Fifa World Cup Korea/Japan.

It's a shame that this woman is not popular in the States, which is a shame!! Really! The woman is more popular overseas, especially in Europe. But I was so happy that this single is available for the U.S.; thinking that was going to be only an import!

The song is from the artist’s 3rd album, “Anastasia”. The single includes the original version, 3 remixes, and an extra song from the album.

Have yet to hear this song on the radio!! Lots of guitar use in the original. Rockin’!!

I’m not all that crazy about this track, but it’s a non-album track.

3. Left Outside Alone (Jason Nevins Global Club Edit)-4:16
A lot of rock in this version! But still danceable!

4. Left Outside Alone (Jason Nevins Global Club)-8:05
This extended version is kickin!!! Man this song will get you dancing like crazy!!! And the guitars are more powerful and are used entirely here!

5. Left Outside Alone (Jason Nevins Mix Show)-5:35
The rock music is not on this version, but still can dance to it.

In conclusion, I wish this the record would so there job and promote this woman more in the states! Because frankly the some of the music here in the States sucks.
