Leapfrog’s learning game Disney Fairies is a fun and exciting way for your child to learn. This game has given my daughter hours of fun learning. My daughter was so excited when she got this game for her birthday she could hardly wait to play it. We got this game from Walmart for about $25 dollars. This is more on the expensive side. Other sites have shown this game for as cheap as $15.00. This game is designed for children in the Pre-K- 1st grade or 4-7 age range. It works for the game systems Leapster and Leapster 2.
When we told my daughter she could pick out her own birthday present this year she was hyped. She had been eyeing this game for months and when she got it she jumped for joy. We tried to surprise her but it’s getting harder every year to outsmart kids nowadays. She just new it was coming.

In this game your child can brush up on their shapes, patterns, addition, subtraction, more than/less than, logic and reasoning. The Disney Fairies game has five mini games that you play to collect lost things to rebuild toys for the children on the mainland. The games include Silvermist‘s Bubble Rescue, Fawn‘s Beautiful Butterflies, Vidia‘s Pollen Pick Up, Tink‘s Flower Find, and Tink‘s Workshop.
Silvermist’s Bubble Rescue
This game teaches your child early number sense, addition and subtraction. By using these skills your child can help Silvermist make magical bubbles to help the fish up the river. Just answer the questions correctly and drag the bubble to the correct fish and watch the fish float to the top and swim away.
Fawn’s Beautiful Butterflies
This game teaches your child number recognition, more than/less than and counting. By using these skills your child must help Fawn give the newly emerged butterflies their color. Make a beautiful work of art by selecting the color and matching it to the correct section of the butterflies wing.
Vidia’s Pollen Pick Up
This game teaches your child pattern’s, skip counting and shapes. In using these skills your child helps Vidia flit and fly through the meadow to collect as much pollen as she can before sunset.
Tink’s Flower Find
This game teaches your child logic and deductive reasoning skills. With these skills your child plays the classic game of hide and seek with Tinker Bell. Tinker Bell will disappear in a cloud of pixie dust and you have to use the hints given you must choose the flower she is hiding in.
Tink’s Workshop
