JUST AS CRAP ON WINDOWS

Author's Rating: Rating: 1/5 stars

Pros: It looks sturdy from the outside. Promises multi connectivity

Cons: Corrupted after minimal use.

Author's Review
This piece of rubbish is just as bad on Windows as on Mac. I believe that Lacie products are total garbage despite the common beleif that they are top line. This thing has hardly been used and already it has corrupted.

I have been using a pikaone for two years and stuffed it to the brink and it still works great, this Lacie has less than 60 GB on a 160 GB capacity and had died after 6 months.

My colleague's Lacie has also corrupted despite being a different model.Neither of us did anything odd with it just copied files to and fro. We never even tried to open files from the HD.

I advide never buy a Lacie drive, try freecom or pikaone; they are cheaper too.
