Pros: Good coffee and looks nice in the kitchen
Cons: Doesn't Stream Enough Milk to Make Two Lattes
The coffee maker works as it should. The espresso maker works but not well enough. It does make the espresso shots, two at a time, but it doesn't make enough steam to heat the milk to make two lattes. :(
It hardly makes enough steam to heat milk for one latte. I use the coffee maker every day. I think that Krups is one of the best names to buy for coffee makers and I would have purchased it separately had I known that the espresso portion wouldn't fill my needs. This was an other wedding gift that wasn't exactly what I had expected when I registered.
I also have to mention how large it is... It takes up an entire corner of my countertop. I did have to call their customer service department on the phone because it was missing a part when I opened it. They shipped it to me at no cost and I received it with in 48 hrs. They were very pleasant to speak with and you know that you don't find that very often anymore.
It does look nice in my kitchen and again I'll say that it does make good coffee.
