Pros: Great dual purpose machine.
Cons: Primitive frothing mechanism which can get a bit messy
I bought mine a few years ago as a replacement for a smaller machine; this makes 10 cups so it fits the bill. I like this machine because firstly it looks good on the counter; secondly it has a dual function which saves the need for 2 separate machines. The coffee keeps wonderfully hot while waiting to be drunk and the frother really does work, producing great frothy coffee with the minimum of effort. Would definitely recommend this machine to anyone wanting a larger model. It is easy to clean and so far has been trouble free, too. It has paid for itself over and over again. The only downside is that the frother device - although it works great - is a little primitive in design. It consists of a metal tube with a rubber spout on the end, which you just hold inside the cup and the froth comes down through the spout. I sometimes wonder whether this is very hygienic because after you've used the machine you tend to forget to remove this spout and it can get very messy. However, having said that, it cleans up nicely in the dishwasher.
