With a 525-watt motor to handle bread doughs and thick cookie batters, this is KitchenAid's most powerful stand mixer, a professional-grade appliance with a heavy, rugged, all-metal construction (31.7 pounds) which prevents "counter walk" on the mixer's rubber feet. It has a 6-quart, polished stainless-steel bowl with an ergonomic handle and a two-piece pouring shield made of heavyweight plastic to provide a large chute for adding ingredients. Accompanying the mixer are a burnished flat beater, a burnished dough hook, and a big wire whip. On the front of the powerhead is a hinged cover for the hub to which KitchenAid's many mixer accessories attach.

I would recommend anyone who cooks a lot and enjoys creativity time, to purchase one. For those of you who can not afford one to pay up front, LAYAWAY!!!
Like I can pick a color to coordinate my kitchen and soon to be business. Easy to clean, doesn't take a genius to figure out how to operate as long as you can read and follow directions. Operates great especially with the metal attachments. Love the dough hook! Is A great product and saves time when you have too kneed and mix large amounts in a certain amount of time.
It is however a little costly for the everyday home use that would only use it on occasion. have a had a few mixers in my time and none compares to the Professional 6. The speed sensor is great and the operation of the mixer is a breeze. Clean up is a breeze also. If you wipe it down as soon as you are done, it wipes clean without a problem.
I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT !!!!!! If being a Chef doesn't work out maybe I can be a tester for KitchenAid . I love their products.!!!!
