Right from the start of the game you have access to 38 playable characters. This total goes up to a whopping 51 when you include all of the different costume variations. And since the KOF DM99 roster consists of characters from all over the SNK universe, each combatant has a unique fighting style and appearance.

If you wanna buy a action game, buy "The King of Fighters Dreammatch 1999"
Why? Because it is da a$$ kicking game!!! You can play 38 and more different characters, with all kinds of different moves, skills, looks, and speacial moves. It's graphic is not that good, I mean the graphic sucks, but the game totally rocks. The King of Fighters series are about 5 years old. From KOF94 to KOF99, it's been always great! Most of the characters' has been in this game since 1994. This game still kick A$$!!!
Too bad it's graphic sucks... SNK could've make this game so much better with better graphics. Once you buy this game, you will never regret it... maybe... So if you are going to buy a game, first, get
NBA 2K, and second, get The King of Fighters Dreammatch 1999!!!
