Problems right out of the box

Pros: Nice looking
Cons: Does not complete a cycle, will continue forever unless manually turned off.
This Dishwasher will not complete a full cycle, rather it just gets stuck in one of the wash modes and will continue like this forever and never finish or go to the next cycle, unless I manually advance the dial myself. This thing would only finish if I manually move the dial to the next cycle, otherwise it will run forever. I am VERY upset that a $1000 dishwasher would be broken out of the box. This should be an automatic washer, not something that has to be baby sat and turn the dial for it.
I am wondering if this is a defect or flaw in many of this same model. If anyone else has the same problem please write. I am going to contact JADE today so they can fix this mess. What a joke.
