A quartet beats a duet... every time!
Pros: Enjoy new levels of performance and personal productivity with the "Q" Cons: Requires a modicum of knowledge to overclock. Uses slightly more power than dual core. Bottom Line: An Aged Artifact
Pros: Cool, Overclockable, moderately easy to install, very good stock settings, long-lasting. Cons: Six years old, heatsink is difficult to install. Bottom Line: Best bang for the buck
Pros: Great for multi-tasking, low price, overclocks very well Cons: Can run warm, uses more watts compared to the new 45nm chips. Bottom Line: This chip ROCKS!!! Superfast. Inexpensive. Makes computing fun again.

Pros: Can hit 3.5 GHz rock solid stable (YMMV), low FSB and high multiplier (easier OC) Cons: Bad heatsink mount design, high temperatures (even at stock settings) Bottom Line: The Q6600 is a good introductory quad core processor for the Socket 775.
