Looking for the perfect subwoofer? The Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 subwoofer delivers an awesome combination of deep bass and stunning sound quality. The super-rigid drawn-aluminum cone features a curvilinear design and combines with a high roll butyl rubber surround for smooth, efficient bass response all the way down to 18 Hz. Flip the 12.1 over and you'll marvel at the custom-tooled aluminum basket and huge flared, polished and vented pole piece. The Perfect is designed to deliver kick-butt bass in small sealed enclosures.

Kudos To Infinity (Perfect Sub)

Pros: Price,Performance,Construction
Cons: None with the sub, Infinity no longer makes amps.
The Bottom Line:
Go out and buy however many you can afford and fit in your trunk.
I recently purchased the Infinity Kappa Perfect 12 from Crutchfield. I can honestly say that they are the best subs for the money. The price on one sub was $199, which I know is a little steep (you can find them for as little as $119). Crutchfield did however through in a free Q-Logic box which is a $69 value. So if you do the math I paid about $130. My previous system was three Pioneer VCCS subs. The one Infinity sub hits harder than all three of the Pioneer's together. The construction on the Infinity is just spectactular. I am not just the average joe. I have been into car audio for about 8 years now, and I have an engineering background. The only sub that I can say that I seen equal the construction of the Infinity is the Precision Power Pro 12's. Also I am quite sure that the Infinity's can handle more than 350W RMS. As mine are begging for more power (I am running one at 400 watts RMS).
My only complaint is that Infinity no longer manufactures amps, as it would be Perfect to have the Infinity sub running of a Infinity amp in my 300M which had the factory Infinity system.
