IBM 40 GByte IC35L040AVER07 : Nice hard disk for most users

Pros: 2 MByte cache, 2 Platters , 7200 RPM , ATA/100

Cons: ATA/100 could be ATA/133, cache could be 8 Mb

Nice Drive for the Average User

Pros: Low cost drive for the average user.

Cons: Only 2MB cache, not ATA133, ONLY 1YR WARRANTY.

Bottom Line:
Nice drive for someone without excessive needs, but the warranty period could be longer and an 8mb cache and ATA133 interface would be nice. Read More at Epinions.com
