The H2 is the second SUV offered by HUMMER drawing on the H1 that was originally designed for military use. The H2 is the first new vehicle under the HUMMER brand since GM acquired exclusive ownership of the HUMMER brand. The H2 may be scaled down, but it offers all the capability expected from HUMMER. The H2 SUT is added for 2005.

Pros: It looks so cool, strong, heavy duty.
Cons: Gas Mil is about 12/mpg, a bit too much plastic - but minor.
Bottom Line:
BUY one if you want NOT to be one of the crowd.

Pros: Character, comfort, off-road capability, more versatile in SUT form
Cons: Too much bling, fuel economy, extreme width, rear visibility, wide ratio transmission, marginal power
Bottom Line:
The SUT even better suits the Hummer character than the regular H2. If this character appeals to you, and the fuel economy doesn't scare you off, the rest won't disappoint.

Pros: Eye-catching, safe, Onstar comes with it free for a year if brand new.
Cons: Gas mileage is extremely poor. Lots of problems. Insurance premiums

Bottom line is that this has been one expensive toy with a hundred problems. Do not Buy A Hummer!
