Being the research freak that I am, I found this machine to have the best features and reviews. I ordered the Hoover Windtunnel S3765 canister on Amazon.com for $240.00 (again, best price after researching)...then I waited for my order to arrive. I received notification that it was on backorder. So, I waited. Then, I received notification that it was not available. Very disappointed as I knew this was THE machine. So, I went back to using my Bissell, on its last days. I was shopping at Costco and came across the Hoover Windtunnel S3765. I quickly scooped one up. AND, it was only $179.00!! I can't believe how much power and awesome cleaning capability it has. I like the length of the cord (longer than my Bissell), the suction is amazing, and the bagless feature is great. I don't mind cleaning the dirt cup... after all... it is bagless! I will agree that the dirt cup is small. The one recommendation I would make (applies to any machine), especially if you have long hair or animals... clean the roller just about every time you use it! The hair gets wound around the roller and will eventually ruin your machine. I am very happy with my purchase. Go ahead... do it. You will be happy you did!!
