Makes me wonder why the Prius is so weird--Honda's and Toyota's hybrid sedans compared
Pros: Refined feel, drives much like a conventional car Cons: Slow, low handling limits, must adapt driving style to fully benefit Bottom Line: Very comfortable compact car that gets over 40mpg
Pros: Low fuel consumption, low noise, ample legroom, base model fully equipped Cons: Moderate acceleration at high speeds Bottom Line: Very Enjoyable Economy
Pros: Good looking, Fun, solid, great on gas! (37.2 mpg so far), cheap when bought used... Cons: Road noise, semi-hard seats, center A/C vents, busy in city traffic... Bottom Line: I'm never going back to gas-only again.
Pros: Great mileage, better looking than Prius or Insight, and more peppy than you'd think. Cons: Bad on snow and ice, limited options. Bottom Line: I love it as much now as when I brought it home.
Pros: Cost-effective, you get your money's worth, and beyond reliable. Cons: That I paid full sticker price- I leased, then bought the same vehicle. Bottom Line: Careful in the cold
Pros: Fantastic fuel consumption and a Zen driving experience. Cons: Quirks in IMA at low temperatures (less than -20C) and rear defrost button position. Bottom Line: 2003 Civic Hybrid - you can't go wrong with this one
Pros: Saves gasoline and money (less CO2) Good standard equipment. AutoStop feature never fails to impress. Cons: Lack of sunroof, no folding back seats. Not a big deal though. Bottom Line: All you really need
Pros: Hybrid technology, clean and quiet ride Cons: Low mass-market appeal or head turning quotient, few trim choices Bottom Line: Great Car, not quite the gas mileage claimed.
Pros: Temperature control, Handling, ABS Brakes, Radio Reception Trunk size Decent Gas Mileage Cons: Small Spare, Lower than sticker Gas Mileage Vent Icons partly hidden from driver, Uncomfortable headrests Bottom Line: Save the World in Style
Pros: It's a Honda, 48 mpg in town:-) Cons: The price is high. Bottom Line: |
