2000 CR-V

The CR-V adds a Special Edition model for 2000 raising the model count to four - LX 2WD, LX 4WD, EX 4WD and SE 4WD. 4WD models feature Hondas Real Time four-wheel drive system, which automatically engages to power all four wheels in the case of front-wheel slippage. Standard equipment on all models includes an AM/FM stereo with cassette, cruise control, power outlets and power door locks, windows and mirrors. The EX upgrades by adding a keyless remote entry system, alloy wheels, an AM/FM stereo with CD, anti-lock brakes and color-keyed mirrors and door handles.
