Pros: Fuel efficient, Reliable, Long lasting, Comfortable and virtually never breaks!
Cons: Jerky transmission, Some ergonomic flaws, Dated materials, poor structural rigidity and poor ride quality.
Bottom Line:
You'll probably get tired of driving it long before it throws in the towel.

Pros: Great reliability, gas mileage and styling still good after 7 years.
Cons: Not very smooth transmission. Not very smooth ride. Hard to change oil and rotors yourself.
Bottom Line:
It will last as long as you keep up with maintenance. I expect my car will last at least 150k without any major problems.
