HP 8500 Wireless
This is HP's brand new All In One OfficeJet Pro 8500 910A.
Warning! No Send a fax from memory from the scanner glass/flat bed. The user guide indicates it is capable, however, after hours of working with good HP reps on the phone plus calling the retailer to check his machine on display, it appears that this basic function was left out. Send a fax from memory only works from pages loaded through the AutomaticDocumentFeeder(ADF). If you need to Fax single or multiple pages from a book or manual, or if you have a thick stack of papers stapled or from a brochure, or if your paper is not in good condition for the ADF, or if it is photo type paper, card stock, or business cards, you are out of luck! Even if you just want to send a single page fax from memory (schedule a fax), the machine does not recognize that you are using the glass--it only gives you the option of loading thru the ADF. A counter productive work around is to first make copies of the pages and then load thru the ADF, or scan them into the computer and send. Wasting ink, paper and time.
Warning! Manufacturers are coming out with touch screens instead of a real key pad. The numbers are so close together that it makes
it difficult to enter phone numbers correctly on the first try for faxing. Counter productive and frustrating-mistakes will happen! HP's touch screen keypad was bigger than others but it still is a problem.

This machine fails to include a basic fax function therefore I would not recommend this particular model to anyone.
